sometimes, i add some lemon. it helps too. yes, drink water!

That is definitely true. I personally started drinking 13 cups of water a day last week. I'm 5'10" tall and weigh 244 pounds with a very active lifestyle. Since I started, I feel great and I really do feel like my body is cleansing itself.

Drinking at least eight cups of water a day helps to flush out the toxins in your body. By getting rid of the toxins your body is going to feel much better and your mind and out look on life are going to improve. Remember at leat 8 cups plus a day makes you happy - have a great day my fellow spark friends :)
