First, I WALKED AND I AM IN A "VERY POSITIVE MOOD". So far, total FITNESS & WALKING THIS MORNING TOOK ME 189 MIN. TOTAL. Walked 10,204. Raining in Rochester Hill's MI with flood warning and do my walking in senior living apt. . Everybody is still so quiet. Also, passed out newspapers to some residents who can't walk to 1st floor. Today, is Friday and people with sun and warmth get ou there and burn them calories & in and walked it off. WE CAN DO THIS !!! .
