Usually I only weigh in once a week. But sometimes I get curious and jump on the scale during the middle of the week. I don't like to weigh everyday because my weight fluctuates so much I get depressed if it goes up one day.

Every day. I don't think its a good idea. Saturday is my weigh day so I only record the weight for that day but I do weigh myself every day of the week. Last saturday I had lost a pound and this morning the scale showed I've gained 2 lbs

once a week...and someone else weighs me and marks it down. I have her check my Spark page to make sure I'm staying straight with what I'm reporting. I know myself...I need accountability.
If I step on the scale during the week and it shows a loss, I tend to feel like I can cheat "just a teeny bit" and not get hurt.
If I step on the scale during the week and it shows a gain, I get frustrated and start to doubt myself. The scales are fickle from one day to the next...and I need to SEE my hard work has paid off at the end of a week. But we ARE all different...there's no right or wrong here.

Depends. Usually every other day to monitor my progress.
I usually get on the scale 3-4 times per week on average. I take into account that i will gain water weight every once in a while and try not to panic too much when i see it fluctuate within a couple of days.
