1. Calories - over
2. Water - 10 glasses
3. Exercise - 0 mins (rest day)
4. Motivation - I have two goals for December - 1) Stay between 170-174 lbs. (maintain) during December. To lose some weight would be even better! 2) Keep up my exercise at least 3-4 days per week.
5. Delight - My weekly weigh in this morning! Some of you know that I've been "stuck" between 170-175 for many months now. This morning, I was pleasantly shocked to see 169.8 on the scale!!!
Successes for the week -
Met both of my weekly goals (see #4). And finally broke the 170's barrier!
Did well drinking my water this week.
