Still not feeling 100 percent, feel like I'm fighting off a cold. So, I'm still trying to rest, get enough sleep & kinda take it easy as much as I can . . . .

My successes:
Stayed right around goal weight
Limited sugary treats and snacks in general
Chose healthier food options even when time was tight

Successes:
- Stayed in range with my calories this week even though there were lots of things that happened unexpectedly
- Still did exercise every day this week even though things got crazy (not as much as I usually would, but something is better than nothing!)
- Had a co-worker comment on my weight loss

5. Delight - My weekly weigh in this morning! Some of you know that I've been "stuck" between 170-175 for many months now. This morning, I was pleasantly shocked to see 169.8 on the scale!!! emoticon emoticon

Successes for the week -
Met both of my weekly goals (see #4). And finally broke the 170's barrier! emoticon
Did well drinking my water this week.

With the holidays, this month will be challenging for me. I am also starting a secret santa gift exchange on the 5th thru 24th and I have a feeling that many of my daily gifts will be food/candy oriented. Moderation is the key . . . .

This is a daily check-in thread for support and encouragement, as well as daily accountability for yourself. Each day, you check in to post an update and to encourage the others in the group.

Here's an example:

4. Motivation: beach camp-out starting the 17th of this month
5. Delight: Watching The Hunger Games at home with my family

So, who else would like to join in? It's a good way to give and receive support as well as an extra spot for some daily accountability! Each Friday we check in with our successes for the week (big, small and everything in between!).

This is also a great time to have a little extra accountability and support, as we move through the holiday season.
