Yes, I've tried it, and I think it's great! I only did it once, but I could really feel the burn afterwards. My friend was doing it very consistently and he lost about 30 pounds (he was about 280 before). When I get my own place I'm going to do it more regularly, I just don't have the space right now.

Has anyone here done Diamond Dallas Page's Yoga? I ordered the disc and it doesn't look to bad but was just wondering?
