I use an app on my phone to track my walking pace. Alternatively, you could use a pedometer. Or you could walk laps at a track and count the laps.

hello everybody, todays day 3 and im hoping as day one was hard 2 was alittle easier hoping day 3 will be even easier however i was wondering a few thing's.. 1 . exersizing how do you really know if you walk if you know how long and say it was moderate where you would put it under the search for exersize? 2. can you put in your own food , i have noticed when i searched for food that it would come up with food that sounded like mine and then id notice that they werent all the same calorie wise but seemed to be the same food how is everyone being accurate ? How does everyone stay motivated, i did weight watchers once and lost 32 lbs in 3 months but then got off teh plan and stayed off and gained it back plus 5 and for 6 months have kept starting and stopping it after a week or 2 im just trying to stay motivated enough to keep on the plan and make this time different ?Thanks everyone good luck to us all
