It was just a featured SP article I read yesterday about logging your food....I don`t remember the name of it....but the mention of the DASH diet in it didn`t make sense, as nothing about foods, nuitrition r any other diet was mentioned.
If you can share the article you're referencing, I can take a look.

I didn't see the article, but maybe it links logging and the DASH diet so that people who have to follow a DASH diet for medical reasons can accurately track their sodium, etc.? If I were following the DASH diet, I would ensure to log everything to ensure I am successful at it...?
OKAY...I appreciate the link explaining what it is....but...the article I read was about losing weight by loggng your food eaten....so what does the DASH diet have to do with logging food? That is what made no sense at all!
I basically do this as a lifestyle for my family. Unfortunately I know I don't get enough fruit, but I do well with the veggies. I think it's a little high with grins, I eat half that. I tried the no carbs & even though I felt good, I can't keep it up so I do low carbs & it's seems to work.
