I was on a website the other day that gave me an idea. This is what you need...

2 transparent vases,jars, or cups
alphabet sticker letters (sold at almost any dollar store, got mine at dollar tree.)
colored stones (this is what i used because there pretty, you can use rocks or beads also)

Take the alphabet stickers, on the first jar, spell out "pounds lost." On the second jar spell out "pounds to go." In the pounds to go jar put in the amount of stones according with the pounds you want to lose and same with pounds lost.

I coordinate this with my sparkpeople goal. Its a fun way to see your progress and you feel good when you get to add another stone to the pounds lost jar.

I put them on my vanity :) emoticon
