Sugarless gum! Lots of water. When the attack hits, get away from your desk (if you have one) and take a quick walk around the building or up and down stairs or something.

Any ideas for when the sweet attack hits? It usually hits me hard in the afternoon. Stress at work also makes me reach for the sweet stuff.
