I LOVE my diet Pepsi!!! I know that I needed to cut back and even potentially stop all together. It has been sooooooo hard in the past to slow or stop drinking it. I was drinking 2 liters a day.....at least!!! Since starting with better eating I don't automatically reach for it. This wasn't something that I did consciously either. I thought that that could be a later project. Eating right was my first priority, then I could take on my Diet Pepsi issue. I just noticed that I just don't crave it as much now that my body is enjoying REAL food!!! Yay!
