Are you talking your customized strength training routine? If so, SparkPeople does not calculate calories expended for strength training exercises. Below is a link to the Ask the Experts response as to why we don't count calories expended for ST workouts.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this website (this is my second day). I wanted to customize my workout schedule, so I followed all the links and entered everything as it should (I think!). After my workout this morning, my minutes seemed to be counted, but not my calories burned. What am I doing wrong?
