I've done curves with my sister and I believe that 180 calories burned is about right. I did it and didn't even break a sweat and I worked it hard. For me it isn't much of a workout.

I'm not sure what your current weight is, but that calories burned number does sound a little high. It's hard to know for sure, but I'm typically skeptical of the calories burned outputs provided by machines (which can overstate calories burned by as much as 30%).

I use the curves smart card and when I log the numbers at curves it shows calories burned between 300 and 400...What do you think?

The calories burned in our tracker for Curves is based on a study by the American College of Exercise, which showed a 30 minute workout burns an average of 180 calories. What are you using to measure your calories burned and what kind of numbers are you getting?

Has anyone done the curves and how do you put it in your tracker?? It's saying I only burn 180 calories and I know it's more than that...HELP Please??
