I Love Curves! I am 74. I have been working out there for 6 or 7 years - ever since Humana started covering it. I no longer have to take pills for arthritis. It energizes me. But how do I keep track of Curves on SparkPeople? I do the 30 minute workout 4 or 5 times a week and one day a week we do the 'minute workout' where we do each machine and board for a full minute once around, which ramps up the cardio. I have been on SparkPeople off and on for several years and appreciate it, but would like to keep track of Curves on here.
