Since you can not accurately assign a calorie burn value to strength workouts any number will border on fantasy. Record it as strength training and worry about calories in not calories out since nutrition trumps any exercise when it comes to fat loss.

I think SP has an entry in the fitness tracker. It's going to vary from person to person, so if you want more accurate numbers, you should invest in a HR monitor.

Does anyone know how many calories are actually burned while during a 30 minutes curves workout (with the machines)
