I work out at Curves 4 or 5 times a week, but I can't figure out how to record that on here. If I put the 30 minutes on the chart it shows up on the strength training and on the cardio. Someone please give me a step by step instruction on how to record this correctly. I'm also going to get a pedometer to use when I walk (outside or on my Elliptical machine). Is there anything I need to know about recording that on the Step Tracker? Does it work the same on the machine as on the road?
