I went under fitness trackers under add cardio I put curves circuit in the search box once it comes up highlight it and put in how many minutes.

Fellow SparkPeople: I'm a newbee to the SparkPeople world - so far so good - self- accountability seems to be very positive. However, I would like to know how I may download or adapt my Curves circuit training to my Fitness tracking? Any suggestions are welcomed. Have a great day. Karen
