How do you like the workout program?

Do you mean 4 times a week? I would personally just log it in my Quick Tracker to get "credit" for the time. That's what I do for my lifting. I keep track of the lifts, weights, reps and sets in a written journal, then just use the quick tracker to log the time it took me here.

I am 5'4".
Starting Weight (4.6.11) 164.6
First Goal 130 - Reached September 2011
Currently maintaining under 120 and working on changing my mental image of myself!

How can I incorporate this on the Fitness planner were the Strength Training set is at . this workout is a full body strength training work 30 mins 4 times a day.
