You should be proud! You are making a choice that is good for you in the face of significant temptation! Good for you!

A coworker brought in homemeade chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing and coconut cupcakes. I have so far managed to avoid taking one and am eating a bowl of fruit. Even with all the intense cupcake peer pressure. I'm feeling pretty good about it.
I know I'm going to splurge tomorrow. I'm finding it easier (not easy) to figure out what I really want to spend my calories on. Feeling pretty proud of myself.
