Fresh local apples are the best right now in the northeast. I also like the crunch of wheat thins crackers.

my snacks are always fruit. My 3 meals tend to be rather large so I only have about 200 calories to divide between the morning and afternoon snacks. Apples and bananas are my favourites.

Good suggestions, thanks! I like nuts a lot too so I could not have a large jar of them in my house but perhaps smaller packs. I will have to investigate the little rice crackers....I don't know if we have them here. Can you tell me what brands make them? Thanks again!

I like nuts A LOT, they provide a crunch, healthy fats and protein. Cashews and Pistachios are my favorite. Also pumpkin seeds as you can toast them up really nicely and they have a great crunch! I also love lettuce wraps, you can wrap anything in them such as tuna, chicken, beef, ect. I often make BLT + Salads, I call it + because I also add avocado and egg. I use the egg yolk as the dressing, it sounds weird but I love it. I also like the flavored rice crackers with a little cheese, or peanut butter with apples. Hope this helps!

What can I eat that is crunchy yet healthy?
I am eating tons of veggies so I don't want carrot or celery sticks. I would just like something that has some crunch to it.
What do YOU eat when you want something crunchy?
