Tried this and sooooo good!
2 sliced apples
1/2 cup rasins, chopped dates or other dried fruit
1tbs cinnamon
any type chopped nuts optional
2 cups oatmeal
2cups water
2 cups skim milk/soy milk

place in crockpot, do Not stir. Cook overnight-6/8 hrs on Low.
stir and serve
