As creative arts psychotherapist, I am sold out on the magic of making art. This does not mean you need any art skill whatsoever. If you can make a line on paper with a pencil, you qualify for this method. I do art (drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, etc.). This is not about the product or self-judgement, but the process of using art as healing agent. Splash it out on paper. I'd like to know if anyone is interested in trying an art journal, playing with art materials with the intent in mind to deal with demotivation, feeling of failure, impatience. Just freely make marks on paper. I'd like to know how it goes. Every day is the secret...for at least a month... Let me know please! I'm sold out on art as healing agent!
