Creatine is used to look bigger, expect the scale to start tipping higher. That's why I used it. No side effects other than that.

I used to take it a lot in HS, but haven't ever since. I remember being hungry while on it, and I did gain some water weight.

If you're looking to cut fat, I suggest you concentrate on that first, then use creatine when you're back to bulking up.

Has anyone heard of what possible side effects creatine has? Anyone had a bad experience with it?
