Hi, Some people told me that I'm crazy when I tell them I wanted to be 110 lbs or 100 lbs. Ive been working out a lot and been burning 1000 calories/hour. I went up to 136 lbs since I got here in US 2 yrs ago. Food are awful, My husband become my personal trainer, I went down to 120 lbs and maintained it. But now, i wanted for a change. I'm 4 feet and 11 inches. The ideal weight for my height is 100 lbs. Now that's is my goal. People say I don't have to lose weight because I'm not Fat but Oh well, Its not because I am not big. It is because I wanted to be HEALTHY and be proud of what I am capable to do in my body.
