Aww, I sympathize. Because of my endometriosis I've had severe cramps every day since October. It's so hard to exercise when you're constantly in pain and just want to curl up with a heating pad. Unfortunately, that's not an option, so I just have to power through it. Eating less meat and more produce and fresh stuff helps a lot, along with exercise when I can tolerate it.

What you're experiencing is perfectly normal. Although, I will say that eating a healthy diet and getting some regular exercise HAS decreased some of those hormone related issues. My TOM related symptoms aren't nearly as bad as they used to be. Many have subsided since I started eating more healthfully and exercising regularly.
I get all of those feelings, including irritable. I have found that I do better when I am socal without putting too much stress on myself to look good. That being said I head to the gym when I am depressed and I am usually too tired to think about it after I am done. I also try not to eat too much salt around that time so that I do not swell any more than necessary and it helps me feel a little better about fitting into clothing.

OK - so this question is really embarrassing/random, but I will go ahead and ask it anyway. Does anyone here feel depressed, moody, just overall down in the dumps when during your TOM? I do! Any suggestions how to feel better? Haha - Thank G-d spark people is anonymous!
