If you're having cravings, it means your blood sugar is out of kilter. You need to snack on low GI foods between meals to stave off dips in your blood sugar, which are responsible for cravings!!!!

Are you eating enough during the day because often cravings are from being hungry and lack of fuel? Can you plan a healthy snack for that time which is balanced and keeps hunger away and cravings too?
While it may be the heat, you might also have changed your dietary habits. I can't really talk to you about my cravings, since I don't have them if I eat on plan. What caused cravings for me was certain foods. I removed those foods, and cravings disappeared. We often switch up our diet when it is hot. More salads, meat on the grill etc. You should double check your trackers, and see if anything changed. If eating this way can cause you to never have cravings, wouldn't it be much easier to stick to your diet? Look for foods that you stopped eating.

I've noticed something interesting. The time of day when cravings are worst for me is usually between 3 and 4 in the afternoon. However, as the temperature has increased here I've realised that they have gone. It's been warm ever since I joined Spark, currently about 32 C and almost too hot for me. Anyone else find the same?
