While it may be the heat, you might also have changed your dietary habits. I can't really talk to you about my cravings, since I don't have them if I eat on plan. What caused cravings for me was certain foods. I removed those foods, and cravings disappeared. We often switch up our diet when it is hot. More salads, meat on the grill etc. You should double check your trackers, and see if anything changed. If eating this way can cause you to never have cravings, wouldn't it be much easier to stick to your diet? Look for foods that you stopped eating.
