Oh, just thought of something else! One of my favorite snacks is chow mein noodles. You know, the cans of crunch stuff? Half a cup of that is 130 calories, and very crunchy.

I crave crackers. I love the dry crunch and the end of a long workday, however the calories and nutrition aren't the best. Is there another substitute that would give me the crunch but better nutrition or less calories?
