Seriously I could not believe I had to read down at least 4 or 5 responses before anyone mentioned lovemaking. I've been married for almost 37 years and that's the first Couples Calorie burning activity for Valentine's Day that came to my mind!!! Good grief people! emoticon

I was totally going to write "wink wink" as a bullet item in my list and decided against it. But it's true, not only does sex burn calories, but it also works your muscles depending on the intensity :D

I'd say depending where you live going for a walk by the beach or a walk around where you live if it's too cold go to a mall and walk around. I'm thinking of another that burns quite a bit of calories and no man will say no too hahahaha but ummmmm well I think you get my drift hahaha

Walk before dinner
Dancing after dinner followed up with some great love making.

I would say (depending on where you live) skiing, skating or tobogganning. Then warm up around a nice fireplace with a healthy dinner.

Some of these ideas may not be your idea of romantic, and that's okay. Everything isn't for everyone. My husband and I like to have fun, so a lot of my ideas are based off of what we might enjoy doing together. Also some of these outdoor activities are obviously weather and temperature dependent.

- Playing tag
- Jumping on a trampoline together
- Put on some music (faster for more calories!) and dance together
- Bowling
- Take a walk together
- Laser Tag
- An active video game like Wii Sports, other Wii games, or Xbox Kinect games like Dance Central
- If you live near one, go to a museum and walk through it, or take a tour of something close by.

I'm sure I can think of more.

Bowling. Walk in the park.

Would a pub-crawl count?
