OMG...2 days without salad. I might die from a vitamin deficiency. I'm fairly certain the other veggies I've eaten cant come close to the nutritional value of salad. LOL, I think I just needed a break. 1 to 2 salads a day for months..gheez...I knew I could get into ruts easily but that was a bit ridiculous lol!
I know what you mean about the bread though. I miss Wonder bread with peanut butter and honey. If you made your sandwich in the morning and ate it at lunch the honey would soak through and make the bread crunchy...yummy! My twigs, leaves and seeds bread is delicious, just not the same!

Just eat small portions of chicken, fish, vegetables, and fruits!!!!

I have always LOVED green leafy salads !! I do not get tried of them even when I eat them 2x a day (which is about 2x a week). But I am not losing weight from eating salad and I was eating them when I gained the weight. May be I have adapted to them !!

I salads !
If I had access to farm fresh veggies every day, I would eat a salad every single day, twice a day. I do eat salads pretty regularly in the summer when the veggies are fresh. In the winter, I tend to eat more cooked greens like spinach, chard, sweet potatoes, etc...
Have I been bored with salads ? Sure. It happens. That's why I try to vary what I eat so that I don't get bored. Most times, I really do enjoy eating my leafy green salads.

My husband and I both are sick and tied of salad, I don't care how many dressings there are or veggies you put on it, meat, etc., salad is still SALAD, and I particularly hate the smell of iceburg lettuce, yuck!! So I won't wrap lettuce around a good piece of meat and ruin it, either. We eat a lot of steamed or stir fried veggies, but salad, doesn't cut it, and I don't even look on menus of restaurants to see what kind of baloney they put on theirs now. After 9 yrs. of this kind of eating, even chicken gets sickening from time to time. Fish is getting more and more expensive. Vegetation doesn't turn us on. It's one of the reason's people go on and of eating plans, but that is NO surprise, experts!

I never really get sick of anything, as I rarely eat the same thing for too long in a row.
I would definitely get sick of "green tossed salad" in a hurry, if i ate it every day or even most-days. I only eat that kind of salad every once in awhile. Mostly because I find it a bit uneventful unless you put enough dressing on it that it negates the whole point of eating the salad lol.

I really don't get tired of anything. I eat a large salad every day in summer and stuff it into a pita pocket. There is such a variety of salad possibilities. I might get tired of chicken but because I live with 6 others who are good cooks, it is always made in different and delicious ways.

I love a good garden salad but I'm sick of them too. I've started making bean salads, high in fiber and protein. There are many great recipes here on spark. My favorite "black bean and cilantro with corn" and today I've made "5 bean salad" but haven't tried it yet, I can't wait for dinner!
Raw baby carrots. I'm not a huge carrot fan to begin with and don't like them raw, but I've convinced myself that I'll like them if I eat enough of them. (Um, no.) Plus, they're relatively cheap and easy to take with my lunch to work. So carrots it is.
a hint.... I keep hearing: "FEE, FIE, FOE, FUM" and I don't know where it's coming from

I rarely tire of food. I did HATE salad for awhile and couldn't eat lettuce or salad for about a year due to SlimGenics. I used them to lose weight initially and it worked okay for about 6 months. They used lettuce days as a plateau breaker. I literally gagged those days. Not a healthy place to use, in my opinion. Thankfully, I am back to loving salad again.

I just couldn't do it today! I skipped the lunch and dinner salads today. I think I have eaten so much salad in the last 6 months that I have fluffy green lettuce poking out my ears, carrot tinged palms and olive oil dripping from my nose!
