Are you confused about which route to take because there are so many or just don't know how to start?
Everyone is different but I do see that usually the best route to go for weight loss healthfully is to stick to a wholefoods diet. Count your calories, don't go under 1200 a day, eat lots of whole grains, fruits veggies, nuts, lean meat and dairy (if not vegan) and stay away from processed foods and drinks.
