I would wholeheartedly agree with Angelcookie. You can always make adjustments as you refine your nutritional approach.

I would add that really focusing on getting at least five servings of veggies and fruits a day will go a LONG way to transforming your health.

Are you confused about which route to take because there are so many or just don't know how to start?
Everyone is different but I do see that usually the best route to go for weight loss healthfully is to stick to a wholefoods diet. Count your calories, don't go under 1200 a day, eat lots of whole grains, fruits veggies, nuts, lean meat and dairy (if not vegan) and stay away from processed foods and drinks. I have been doing a lot of research over the years and can give you references if you need more info. Hope this helps.

I'm just a little confused as to how I should take my diet, eating habits.
