My reply may not be popular but you say you are doing it for spiritual reasons. In that case then you are getting what you need. If you are eating wholesome nutritious foods (and from what I know of the Daniel Fast you are!) then I would not worry about this. also it is usually only done a short period of time like 21 days. I do know what you mean about eating tortillas or breads and just craving more though!

IMO, I think our bodies tell us exactly what they need when we fuel them with whole nutrition. I think you are 100% correct, Glitterfairy, in assuming that your body feels satisfied bc it is receiving adequate nutrients and will let you know when it needs more.
look at your numbers. make sure you are tracking a host of the 75 [or 100 or however many there are ] other nutrients that you can track. and then look at all of those numbers. pay special attention to items that are listed on nutrition labels. that's where you may be missing. figure that for things that aren't required to be on labels if you're consistently getting about 60-80 percent and eating things on the high in that nutrient list, you're probably good. but if you aren't getting enough of all of those nutrients, that is what you need to focus on getting in those extra calories. also keep in mind that when you make your body function on fewer calories it starts to make shortcuts and not fix things as well as it would if you were eating enough. it will also be harder to maintain muscle if you eat less. granted, these are long term sort of things, not weekly or monthly or short term things.

You really do need to eat. It's not just about fullness, it's about balanced nutrition and fueling your body. If you don't meet your minimums, you're not providing your body with the fuel it needs to function, and longterm this can sabotage your efforts and slow or halt your weight loss.
If you're having trouble meeting your minimums, you can try these tips for boosting calories without boosting bulk:
I made myself eat to get to the minimum. Half a quarter cup of cashews, and half a cup of dried plums(prunes), got me to 60 cals over my minimum. I didn't want it, though.

its highly unlikely that your body is getting everything that it needs on less then 1200 calories in general (even at 1200 calories you might be only hitting the minimum of nutrients that the body needs without supplementing)
I at times do have issues hitting the min 1200 cal count because of lack of hunger - that I will supplement with what I have to make sure my body gets what it needs and I know full well that I'm not hitting the min needs for all the nutrients even at 1200 calories and a 90% vegan plan.
But if not hungry the best I can say is maybe a liquid nutrient option (its what my dietician recommended for me to take if I can't make the min requirements though solid food) if it would be healthy for you to do so (maybe seeing a dietician might be of use/help to you).
I have noticed over the last six days, since beginning a Daniel Fast, when I concentrate on vegetables, I am not eating nearly as much. I am full a lot faster. I am not craving crappy-for-you-in-large-quantities food...However, Sunday and Monday, I had flour tortillas with my bean tacos. I over ate. I craved more. The flour tortillas weren't filling me up. The days I went over my calories, I had stuff that was meat-free, but still kind of processed. When I have had whole foods-beans, lentils, brown rice, raw veggies...I don't want as much. I'm not hungry. I have a hard time getting the "minimum" calories guideline set by spark for me.
I don't need as much coffee. I'm good with one 16 ounce cup.
I am NOT doing the fast for weight loss. It is strictly for spiritual reasons, but I am NOTICING a lot of health benefits.
If I feel full, and am no longer hungry at under 1300 calories, when my minimum is 1430-do I HAVE to make myself eat?
