I completed the Couch to 5K program a few years ago and I absolutely loved it, but then I stopped running due to my busy schedule, so I haven't ran for a few years.
A friend and I recently started running again so we are following the program again this time around. We will start Week 3 Day 1 tomorrow. Each week seems like much more than the previous week, but I am always surprised how well my body responds to the increase in running time. I LOVE the feeling I get after finishing a run. Running feels better than any other type of exercise. I'm glad I started the program again.
I am doing it now. I just completed week 3 day 3 for the second time. I didn't feel ready to move on to week four. Yesterday I did week 4 day 1. It was a bit of a jump going from running 3 minutes to 5 minutes. Also our weather here is pretty bad right now so a lot of my workouts are on the treadmill. I enjoy the outside workouts so much more, I feel like I expend more energy. Just take your time and enjoy the program. You are only competing against yourself.

I am currently doing the Couch 2 5K from sparkpeople. I just finished up week 4!
Didn't use it myself..but know many who have and I lead a bible study using a very similar model. The study paralleled the training/endurance in running to the training/endurance in spiritual growth. The two top words of advice to my group was #1-don't jump ahead, #2-if needed repeat a week(it's better than getting frustrated or a possible injury and totally quitting) Kudos for taking the first steps!!! Happy Running
