I just watched and performed, twice, Video 4 of the January Challenge - chair core exercises. I used the button to add the excersize to my fitness tracker. Here are my questions:
1. How do I record that I did the video twice?
2. What do "1st half and 2nd half" mean? There seemed only to be one full video with no "halves."
3. What does the "2 sets" column mean? I only did one set each time I viewed the video.
I had similar questions about a previous exercise, so I thought I'd better get some clarification to make sure I'm recording things correctly. Thanks for any help on this.
