Thank you so much. I watched the Grace & Gusto clip and it looks really good. I am trying to see if I can get it in the UK.
I really liked the mention of Chutzpah too....just what I need.

I recently bought some DVD's by Ellen Barrett that are based on yogo, pillates, and ballet for a similar reason. I wanted some DVD's that would be more gentle. You can preview clips from her DVD's on the website called "College Video."

I like them. Maybe you will, too.

Thanks for replying.
I have been going through the videos, and will keep trying.

Has your doctor ever given you specific recommendations about what core exercises you can and can't do? If not, they would be the best ones to ask since they know the details of your medical history. You can also check out some of the core exercise demos in the Fitness Resource Center (Click on Healthy Lifestyle at the top of the page and go to Fitness) to see if any of those exercises might work for you.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

Can anyone help with suggesting gentle exercises. I am doing well improving my general fitness, but I have had a lot of surgery in the past and find that some of the things on the videos leave me struggling or feeling sick. Does anyone else have this problem?
