I made Chef Meg's Three Cheese Macaroni last night. I left out the turkey bacon for Meatless Monday at my house and I was surprised at just how good low fat mac n cheese could be. Will definitely use her recipe from now on with a few variations!

As a cookbook collector and a pretty good cook I can't wait to investigate Moosewood Cookbook, one I don't have nor have I heard off. Always looking for quicker healthy meals that's for sure...Thanks!

I don't have the Spark Cookbook (though for some reason there is an icon next to my name that says I do have it).

My favorite cookbook is Moosewood - 30 minute recipes. Tons of quick and healthy recipes.

There are almost 100 full-color photos, most of which display two or more recipes, but not all recipes have a photo.

Can someone who has the cookbook tell me whether there are a lot of pictures of the recipes or whether it's mostly text?
