Dear S Sara,

You have my empathy, I remember being hungry and feeling your same feelings. I once ate a whole bag of arugula to stave off unhealthy choices. It did help to remind myself that those hungry feelings meant the extra pounds where leaving.

I'm in the 2nd week of my restart, and my body is starting to fight back! I'm getting some complaints from my stomach that I haven't been feeding it as much as usual. I know this is something that will pass, but it sucks having to tell myself that I'm not REALLY hungry all the time. I definitely am eating enough, and I get plenty of fiber and protein. I have to turn the tummy growls into a good thing and think of it as a sign that I'm doing this right.
