You are looking at two different types of measurements - ounces are a weight measurement and cups are a volume measurement. So, those wouldn't calculate properly (ex: a pound of water and a pound of flour may measure out to be a different number of cups). Perhaps you can manually weigh out 19.75 ounces of flour and see how many cups it comes out to.

I use pounds and ounces in my recipes. The Spark Calculator does not allow me to convert 19.75 ounces of flour into cups. Any suggestions? Thanks, Carole
