That's great. Some New Years Resolutions never go out of style. I have been exercising since 1994. Keep going forward and you will go places you have never dreamed of before

Wow, you did a great job losing last yr. I am also just keeping on with the same goal....not to gain over the winter months here in snow and cold country and lose more during the summer months.

I began my journey last New Years . My resoultion to lose weight, at the time the amount didn't matter, just losing. I was a whopping 325 lbs and 59 yrs old, I knew all that weight could kill me yet did nothing-after all I still had my health...Now I am Continuing last Years Resoultion, I am 60 yrs old, 240 Lbs and want to lose to a more healthy normal weight.
