I am starting to keep track of my food intake. I plan on doing that through the next 20 weeks. I will definitely create a spark page. I need all the support I can get. Thank you for the advice kelliebean
Hi, My name is Ed. I am a very active person in my late 30's. I have always been active. Well not that was a lie. I became active in my late 20's. I have not looked back since. The only issue I have is that no matter how hard I work out, I cannot lose the weight I want to lose. I guess the reason I cannot lose the weight is my lack of concrete, distinct goal setting. That is changing. I am writing my goals down every day. In the morning I read my goal to myself and remind myself every time I reach for diet soda/bread/pizza. I am 220, which is the heaviest I have ever been. My goal is to lose 1.5 pounds per week for the next 20 weeks. That is five months away. I am focused but I guess I need support. The exercise part has never been a problem. The diet is the issue.
