Welcome back. Good luck at working on the consistency. You can do it! There is a lot of help available on SparkPeople and wonderful supportive people. Joining a group or two with similar goals will help you to interact and get (and give) support in your goals. If you are not already doing so, I suggest using a Nutrition tracker. It greatly helps in accountability and in reality.

I used Spark people for about a month a little over a year ago, and lost a few pounds, but moved on when the Holidays hit. Now, I'm 10 pounds heavier than when I started the first time. I'm looking to stay consistent this time around.
