Excellent inspiration. I am trying to use my consistency with trackers and activity on SP to help me over the rough spots of temptations.

You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

Down about 27 since mid-June. Difference? Walking good pace about 5x per week. Keeping diary of food eaten with the SparkPeople guides. Love it.
