I'm very interested in the SparkCoach Program but I'm confused about what I should be doing, how to set these three goals. It's late and I'm very very tired. I had a busy day: chores in the morning, visiting the zoo with a dear friend in the afternoon and being taken out to eat for my 67th birthday which was on August 12. I not only track my Nutrition (not completely honest, I must admit) but I track my fitness via the ActivTrax program offered by my local Y. I also have tracked my expenses, income and outgo, on a daily, monthly and annual basis. I've done this since 1996 and now that I'm retired, it's imperative to keep up with my finances so I won't overspend but at the same time enjoy my retirement years. Right now, I feel overwhelmed so I guess I'll just say goodnight all, tomorrow is another day.
