Thanks; I ended up figuring it out with the formulas on the SP. It was fairly accurate so I'll leave it as is and adjust my food accordingly. Apparantly I never entered the info when I first began SP. I have another question though: on the fitness setup, at the bottom it says:
If you know how many calories you burn each week, enter it here:
Am I right to assume this is ONLY excercise minutes, and not including our basic burned calories daily?
Normally this means you needed less to achieve your goals for some time but never asked the system to recalculate it. When, by adding more fitness, you did ask for a recalculation, it calculated that the increase in fitness isn't enough to offset whatever other reason that you need less food now.
Did you lose more slowly than planned originally?
If you're happier at 1500+, just go and reset your goal date and push it out a few weeks. It's probably too close for that amount of weight left now, to be realistic.

Check your date; usually when things change that way, something got wonky; have you lost weight, and have you updated since then? TRy double checking that your weight loss goal is still what it should be. If you were comfortable and losing weight, just moving your date out should fix it.

Hello all :)
I have a question about my tracker; I recently changed my fitness goals from SP's auto-generated 180 minutes to 265 minutes. I went to put something in my nutrition tracker and noticed that my cals went down. I would think if you increased your fitness, you would get more calories rather than lose calories. I've been pretty comfortable with my 1500-1800 (estimated) per day, and it switched down to 1200-1500 cals per day. Did I click something wrong or is this correct?
