My suggestion would be to track what you eat for a week on SP, MFP, or wherever and compare your average protein intake to the recommended ranges and go from there.

I am not sure how many proteins are healthy to be eaten everyday. I don't count my proteins, but I eat nuts, greek yogurt, one egg, a string cheese and some form of meat every day (there might be other protein sources I am not including) am I over doing it? or is there nothing wrong with eating too much protiens?
