There are 2 different methods the site uses for calculating your calorie range. Do you have a calories burned goal, or does your calorie range change depending on the exercise you track?

Did you set up your nutrition tracker? That has your range.

Or are you asking how to calculate your BMR? walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.

I've asked, but don't seem to be able to get a response. So, ;et's try it here. I think that my calorie range is off. What is the formula for figuring out your calorie high and low?? Thanks
