You know what we all fall down. Just know you CAN and WILL get back up. Don't worry about meeting people when you start walking you will see others walking. Go to the Walmart, or mall and shop (window shop). It's a great way to keep your mind off the fact that you are walking. Put a tracking app on your phone and track your steps before you know it you will want to do better as the days go on. Trust me I've felt the same way before. Just know you have people that have your back. Start small if you have to but... start. I pray that God will give you the strength you need to get up and get moving again. All the best.
