That's amazing! I discouraged if I missed a day. I could never commit to any sort of fitness program if I have to do it everyday. Your consistency amazes me. Keep up the great work!

Today I finished the entire Insanity 63 day program, 6 days a week never missed a workout! I can't believe I actually did the whole thing! Here's my stats: Lost 12 lbs, 4 inches from my waist, 3 from my hips, 2 from each leg and 1 from each arm. I have oblique muscles that all the crunches in the world could never bring out before, pretty excited about that! Next up 12 weeks of Turbofire!
