my assignment today was to share "sneaky ways to get in water." Since I enjoy water, I don't sneak it in. I drink water with every meal, whether I eat in our out. When dining out I ask for lemon with my water. I try to keep those tea or crystal light packets in my purse if I want a little flavor. This is a lot cheaper than spending 2-3$ on a restaurant beverage.
On busy days, I may need a reminder, so I rely on Diet Coach App (the free version). It is set for every hour during the waking hours of each day.
