Congratulations, and best wishes for your journey! I've been coasting for a month, but for whatever reason I'm gung-ho to get back on track today as well. This was such an inspiring and motivating post! I too, am tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I've had a rough couple of months... battling depression, insomnia, and stress at work. Unfortunately I have turned to junk food and watching junk TV instead of healthier coping habits. The title of your post "committing myself completely" really grabbed me. I want to join you over the next 60 days. I don't have access to the Insanity Workout, but I'm going to follow my meal plan and work out over the next 60 days. I'm excited to see what we can achieve together!

Tomorrow I am beginning the Insanity Work out. I am committing myseld completely, which means work out schedule, and meal plan, with absolutely no cheats for the durration of the program, which is 60 days. This is going to be such a challenge for me, but I need to do it, I am so uncomfortable in my own skin right now, and I hate my body. But I believe, with dedication and support I will truly be able to stick to this, even through out the holiday season.
I am writing looking for support and motivation! If anyone, anyone at all has done this program or a similar program and have had results I'd love to hear from you! If you have had success at all for that matter I'd love to hear from you! Even if you haven't had success YET(because I truly believe you will) with what you've been doing, I'd love to hear from you!
Please add me as a friend, I'll take all the support and motivation I can get! Also, if I can do anything to support or motivate anyone in anyway, let me know, I'm more than willing to help!
I'm going to keep a blog for the full 60 days, the good, the bad, and the (hopefully good) results!
