Hi, I'm Tonya from Missouri. I stopped smoking three years ago January and I have joined programs and spent far too much money only to gain the weight back with bonus pounds! Last October I finished my first half marathon and somehow gave myself permission to eat whatever i like since I'd been so active. I need not tell any of you how that's worked out do I? I happened upon this site looking for healthier ways to get my sugar fix and found awesome resources so here I am!
