Glad to see this post as it is so like what I have experienced. I started back on SP yesterday and realize that for me the accountability is crucial. When I have to logged on my meals and workouts I think twice about what I am doing. We can do this.

Hi Everyone,
I started on this program about 2 years ago, lost about 20 lbs and fell back to old bad habits. I started again this morning and hope to feed off all the support and encouragement that sparkpeople family offers to all of us.
